About the Event
This is a pistol and carbine course focusing on individual survival-based performance, speed and accuracy skills. This course will be movement, mobility and performance-based seeking to develop the required skills to operate efficiently in reality-based shooting situations. We will discuss officer involved shootings (OIS) and civilian involved shootings (CIS) on the range and also go over the human response to stimuli, violence and deadly conduct and the impact it has on our ability to respond and perform efficiently.

Attendees need a semi-automatic handgun, quality OWB holster designed for that weapon, 250 rounds of PISTOL, ammunition, 3 magazines, double magazine pouch, belt, semi-auto carbine, 250 rounds of ammunition, optics, sling, 3 or more magazines, chest rig and body armor are optional but encouraged, associated gear, eye and ear protection with side shields.
Ensure you bring the required equipment, ammo, batteries and associated equipment.
M855, GREEN TIP, ARMOR PIERCING AMMUNITION IS PROHIBITED – ONLY BRING BALL FMJ AMMUNITION.
We will be shooting steel so you MUST have side shields on your eye protection.
Participation in training requires explosive movement, running, tests of physical agility, physical excursion, mental and physical stress, rapid heart rate, unconventional shooting positions in which the attendee assumes full responsibility for his/her own safety and improper weapons handling skills.
All attendees MUST acknowledge the Release of Liability Waiver and Safety Brief prior to registering and paying.
All attendees MUST RSVP and prepay by using the event tool.
