At Paraclete Consulting Group, we require each of our Personal Protective Officers to meet the applicable state and federal requirements and much more. Each of our security team members must complete a:
-3 Tiered Interview Process
-Pass a psychological screening and assessment
-Submit to an FBI background check
-Complete state mandated training
-Pass a physical agility test
-Pass our weapons proficiency assessment and timed qualification with a minimum 90% proficiency rate four times annually
-Complete quarterly in-service firearms, tactics, active shooter and medical training
-Complete protective detail assessment and selection
